Green Meadows Appoints the First Ever Non-Family Member to the C-Suite – Max Jones

Green Meadows, a Massachusetts-based vertically integrated cannabis company has appointed Max Jones as the new chief operations officer (COO) of the company. Max Jones will be the first Non-Family Member to join the company's C-suite. He takes over from Chris Zawaski who has been appointed as the new chief executive officer (CEO) of the company. Bob Patton, the father of Chris Zawaski, moves from CEO to the chairman of the company.

Other new appointments include Dan Donahue who is the new VP of operations and Josh Turner who is the new VP of cultivation. This expansion of the C-Suite is expected to accelerate the company's growth.

Max Jones previously served as the COO of a vertically integrated medical cannabis company- Maitri Holdings. He brings on board extensive industry experience, having served in different capacities over the course of his career that spans 30 years. He also brings cross-industry experience from the construction, automotive, aluminum, and electrical industries. Jones holds an industrial engineering degree acquired from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad. He also has an MBA in Strategy, Operations, and Finance from Tepper Business School, Pittsburgh.

40 Dispensaries Later

Green Meadows has a captivating history that starts in 1928 as a family-owned produce farm.
