New Frontier Data (NFD), a leading data analysis and business intelligence provider for the cannabis industry, has appointed Dr. Amanda Reimann as the chief knowledge officer. Dr. Amanda takes over from John Kagia whose been appointed as the Director of Policy, New York Office of Cannabis Management.
Dr. Amanda brings a wealth of experience in people management, research, and drug policy. She previously taught Substance Abuse Treatment, Drug Policy, Sexuality, Social Work, and Research Methods at UC Berkeley for a decade. She has also headed Research and Patient Service for the Berkeley Patients Group and served as VP for Community Development for Flow Cannabis Company. In addition, she has also served as Manager for Marijuana Law Policy (Drug Policy Alliance). With this wealth of experience, Dr. Amanda is well positioned to take NFD to the next level.
