CBDfx, Koi and Vena offer sleep products with different combinations of CBD, THC, CBN and other ingredients. Compare the exact formula and serving information before choosing; similarly named products can have very different contents.
CBDfx — CBD Oil Sleep Tincture
The CBDfx Sleep Tincture page describes approximately 33 mg CBD, 5 mg CBN and 5 mg melatonin per 1 mL serving. Its larger total-strength bottles also have larger volumes, so a bigger front-label milligram number does not necessarily mean a more concentrated serving.
This is a multi-ingredient sleep product, not a way to evaluate CBD in isolation. Melatonin needs to be considered alongside the cannabinoids, especially if another sleep supplement is already being used. Check the full label, directions and any medicine interactions before combining products, rather than assuming that several ingredients marketed for sleep can be freely stacked.
The liquid format may interest buyers comparing capsules and gummies, but it does not establish faster or more reliable sleep improvement. Confirm stock for the chosen size and distinguish the total amount in the bottle from the amount in a serving. Product claims about deeper rest are not a substitute for trials of this particular formulation or assessment of persistent insomnia.
Koi CBD — Separate Nighttime and THC + CBN Formulas
The Koi sleep collection includes separate Nighttime Rest and THC + CBN + CBD products. The company’s product information describes a THC-containing gummy with 25 mg CBD, 10 mg CBN and 5 mg delta-9 THC. Do not confuse that formula with a differently named CBD nighttime gummy.
This distinction affects more than strength. A gummy containing THC raises impairment and drug-testing considerations that should be clear before purchase. CBN and CBD do not make the THC irrelevant, and a product marketed for nighttime use is not automatically free of next-day effects. Examine the exact SKU and label rather than relying on a search-result title.
Koi remains useful in a sleep-product comparison precisely because the alternatives need to be separated. Someone avoiding intentional THC should not choose the complete cannabinoid blend by mistake. Verify the package’s ingredients, serving count and current laboratory report, and do not interpret claims about cannabinoid synergy as proof that the combination is more effective than established insomnia treatments.
Vena CBD — Restful Night Capsules
The Vena Restful Night listing specifies 15 mg CBD, 30 mg magnesium and 3 mg melatonin per capsule. Its ingredients include bovine gelatin, so it is not a vegan capsule. These details are more useful than describing the formula as a gentle or light-touch sleep aid without stating what it contains.
The fixed capsule format avoids measuring a liquid, but it also means its components cannot be adjusted independently. Someone already using melatonin or magnesium should account for those ingredients before adding another product. A capsule’s convenient size is not evidence that it is appropriate with sedating medicines, alcohol or a particular medical condition.
Restful Night is therefore a multi-ingredient option to discuss on its actual composition. It should not be promised to be risk-free for workplace testing or to deliver predictable sleep architecture. Check the label and batch documentation, compare recurring and one-time purchase terms, and consider whether persistent sleep problems need assessment rather than an escalating collection of nighttime supplements.
What the Research Supports
A small randomized trial of 150 mg CBD nightly did not establish consistent improvement across the main insomnia measures. A short trial of 20 mg CBN found some improvements in secondary sleep outcomes but not a statistically significant benefit on its primary overall sleep-quality measure. Neither trial proves the effectiveness of the products above.
For chronic insomnia, NHLBI identifies cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia as a first treatment option. Discuss persistent symptoms, possible sleep apnea and medicine effects with a clinician. A retail sleep blend should not replace diagnosis or lead someone to stop a prescribed treatment.
Final Thoughts
CBDfx, Koi CBD and Vena CBD offer sleep-oriented blends with different combinations of cannabinoids and other ingredients. The differences between a CBD oil, a melatonin blend and a THC-containing gummy are substantial, even when all are sold for nighttime use.
For occasional use, understanding the formula and its compatibility with your medicines is a sensible starting point. For ongoing insomnia, identifying and treating the sleep problem offers a stronger foundation than repeatedly switching supplements.
