Equipment

  • 1 Large Pot for boiling pasta
  • 1 Colander to drain the cooked pasta
  • 1 High-speed blender to make the creamy cashew cheese sauce
  • 1 Small skillet or pan for toasting the infused breadcrumb topping
  • 1 Wood spoon or spatula to stir the pasta and sauce together
  • 1 Measuring cups and spoons for accurate ingredient portions

Ingredients

Cannabis Infused Cashew Cheese Sauce

  • 1 Cup Raw Cashews (soaked for 2+ hours in room temperature water or in boiled water for 20 minutes)
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened plant-based milk (almond, oat, or cashew work well)
  • ½ Cup Nutritional yeast (for that bold, cheesy flavor)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice (for a little tang)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (adds depth)
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp Onion powder
  • ½ tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp THC-Infused olive oil or vegan butter

Mac and Cheese Base

  • 14 oz Your favourite noodle (I really like using pastas with a ridge like rotini pasta, so the sauce sticks to every crevice of the noodle)

Cannabis Infused Crumble

  • ¾ cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp THC-infused olive oil
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook your pasta according to the package instructions until perfectly al dente.
    Drain and set aside.
    14 oz Your favourite noodle
  • Make the Creamy Cashew Cheese Sauce
In a high-speed blender, combine all the sauce ingredients: soaked cashews drained, plant-based milk, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, turmeric powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and infused olive oil or vegan butter.
Blend until silky smooth. Give it a taste—if it needs a little more salt or tang, adjust as needed!
1 Cup Raw Cashews, 1 Cup Unsweetened plant-based milk, ½ Cup Nutritional yeast, 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, ½ tsp Turmeric powder, ½ tsp Onion powder, ½ tsp Smoked paprika, 1 tsp Salt, ½ tsp Garlic powder, 1 tbsp THC-Infused olive oil or vegan butter
  • Make the THC-Infused Crumble
Heat a small pan over medium heat.
Add THC-infused olive oil, then stir in panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and smoked paprika.
Toast for about 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the crumbs turn golden and crispy.
The hard part? Resisting the urge to eat them all right now.
½ tsp Garlic powder, ¾ cup Panko breadcrumbs, 1 tbsp THC-infused olive oil, ¼ tsp Salt, ¼ tsp Smoked paprika
  • Put It All Together
Pour that luscious cashew cheese sauce over your pasta and stir until every piece is coated in creamy goodness. If you’re adding any extra goodies (like pimentos, cayenne, or broccoli), mix them in now.
Spoon into bowls, sprinkle a generous helping of THC-infused breadcrumbs on top, and get ready for magic.
Take a bite, smile, relax, and enjoy!

Notes

Soak Those Cashews – The longer you soak the cashews, the creamier your sauce will be. If you’re in a hurry, steep them in boiling water for 20 minutes instead.
Do Not Overcook the Pasta – No mushy noodles here! Keep them slightly firm so they hold up in the sauce.
Customize Your Dose – Everyone’s tolerance is different, so adjust the amount of THC-infused olive oil or vegan butter to suit your needs.
Make It Extra Cheesy – Add an extra tablespoon of nutritional yeast if you love that deep, cheesy flavor.
Want That Baked Mac & Cheese Feel? – Pop your mac and cheese under the broiler for a couple of minutes to get a crispy, golden top!
This is not just mac and cheese—it’s a whole experience. It’s creamy, cozy, and completely dairy-free, with a crispy THC-infused topping and decadent sauce that makes every bite just a little bit better. So, grab your spoon, take a bite, and let the magic of infused comfort food take you exactly where you need to be.
