Grayville Dispensary Debuts Two-Window Drive-Thru, Terrabis Announces

Terrabis opened a dual-window drive-thru at its Grayville, Illinois, dispensary on 4. September 2026, according to the company’s announcement. Terrabis described the layout as what is believed to be the first dispensary drive-thru in Illinois to feature two windows and the largest of its kind, built to serve two vehicles at once so customers can order online and pick up without leaving their car. The company said the two-window model meets growing demand for speed, accessibility, and flexibility.

The dispensary is located at 105 Koehler St. in Grayville, just off I-64 at Exit 130 in White County, where Route 1 meets the Wabash River. Terrabis said the location near the Indiana border makes it an easy stop for both residents and travelers, and that the second window keeps the line moving during peak hours. On its Grayville store page, the company describes the store as one of the largest dispensaries in Illinois and the first Terrabis location in the state, drawing shoppers from communities including Carmi, Albion, Norris City, Crossville, Fairfield, and Mt. Carmel.

“Illinois customers told us loud and clear that they wanted drive-thru access, and we didn’t just want to add a window, we wanted to build the best drive-thru experience in the state,” said Dan Ambrosino, CEO of Terrabis. “Two windows mean shorter waits, faster pickups, and more time back in our customers’ day. It’s the same convenience we pioneered in Missouri, now built for Illinois.”

The drive-thru operates from 6 a.m. to midnight on Sundays and Mondays and from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. Tuesday through Saturday, hours the company said give customers early-morning and late-night pickup options. The same drive-thru schedule appears on the Grayville store page. The store serves recreational customers 21 and older with a valid government-issued photo ID and medical patients with a valid medical card.

Customers place and pay for orders online, then present a valid ID at the window for verification, consistent with Illinois regulations. The full product menu, including flower, pre-rolls, edibles, vapes, and concentrates, is available for online ordering and drive-thru pickup.

SB 3222 and the Illinois Rollout

The launch follows the passage of Senate Bill 3222, which the company said authorized Illinois dispensaries to offer drive-thru and curbside pickup. It builds on Terrabis’ rollout of recreational curbside pickup across its Illinois locations earlier this year, announced in a 25. Juni 2026, release after the bill was signed. In that release, the company described SB 3222 as a major Illinois cannabis reform law that modernizes several customer-facing regulations across the state.

Customers can place orders online and pick up from their vehicle at all five Terrabis dispensaries in Illinois: Grayville, Plainfield, Woodstock, Dixon, and Mundelein. The curbside service runs seven days a week from open to 10 p.m. and maintains required ID checks, purchase verification, and regulatory compliance, according to the June announcement.

In addition to authorizing adult-use curbside pickup, SB 3222 doubled Illinois cannabis purchase and possession limits for in-state and out-of-state shoppers, the company said. Illinois residents may now purchase and possess up to 60 grams of flower, 1,000 milligrams of infused products, and 10 grams of concentrate, while out-of-state visitors may purchase and possess up to 30 grams of flower, 500 milligrams of infused products, and 5 grams of concentrate.

“This is about making the shopping experience more convenient and more aligned with how customers already live their lives,” Ambrosino said in the June announcement. “Curbside pickup gives customers another simple, practical option, especially for those who value speed, accessibility, and ease.”

Missouri Drive-Thru Operations

Terrabis opened two of Missouri’s earliest dispensary drive-thrus in O’Fallon and Springfield in 2021, according to the company, and earlier this year expanded the O’Fallon drive-thru to 24-hour operations, seven days a week.

Terrabis is a privately held multi-state cannabis operator with a corporate office in Chicago. The company operates dispensaries in Illinois and Missouri and runs a product manufacturing facility in Kansas City, Missouri.
