Cannabichromenic acid (CBCa) is the acidic form and precursor of Cannabichromene (CBC). It is a fairly new cannabinoid that is showing potential in several areas that are of interest to researchers. For example, it has been linked to anti-inflammatory properties.

Other studies have also shown that this phytocannabinoid has antifungal properties that may help to fight against athlete's foot, candidiasis, and ringworms.
