C3 Industries Opens Third Kentucky Dispensary Near Fayette Mall

C3 Industries on October 15, 2026, announced the opening of High Profile Cannabis Shop Lexington, the company’s third Kentucky medical cannabis dispensary and, according to the announcement, the second licensed medical cannabis dispensary in Fayette County. The store is located at 130 W. Tiverton Way near Fayette Mall on Lexington’s south side.
The dispensary sits just off Nicholasville Road (US-27), which the company described as one of the city’s busiest retail corridors, near Man o’ War Boulevard and inside New Circle Road (KY-4). The company said the location is a short drive for registered patients across Fayette, Jessamine and Woodford counties, including Nicholasville, Wilmore and Versailles. High Profile’s Lexington store page lists the address as 130 W Tiverton Way, Suite 100, Lexington, KY 40503, with hours of 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. seven days a week and a phone line at (859) 357-3550.
The store serves registered Kentucky medical cannabis patients age 18 and older and caregivers holding an active Kentucky medical cannabis card. The store page states that Kentucky is a medical-only market and that there is no recreational, no-card purchasing option.
Store Services, Products and Loyalty Terms
Patients can shop in-store, use express checkout, or pick up online pre-orders in-store or at a drive-thru window. According to the announcement, shelves carry flower, edibles, vaporizers, concentrates and Rick Simpson Oil (RSO) from across Kentucky’s licensed cultivators, and a licensed dispensary team is trained to answer questions and help match products to each patient’s certification. The store page also lists cash, debit and pay-by-bank payment options, an on-site ATM, free parking and wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance.
“Medical patients shop with a purpose,” Jason Berkenstock, regional vice president at C3 Industries, said in the announcement. “They arrive with a condition they’re managing and specific questions, and they need answers they can trust. In Lexington, that means a team trained to guide each patient to the right product, a full shelf from Kentucky’s cultivators, and a loyalty program that rewards them every visit.”
All Kentucky medical cardholders who shop at High Profile are eligible for High Rollers Rewards, the company’s free loyalty program. The announcement states that members earn points on every dollar spent, receive $75 in value across their first four visits, earn up to 6% back on every purchase and get access to member promotions and double-points days. The store page lists additional everyday in-store discounts: $25 off a $100 purchase for first-time customers who sign up for rewards, $50 off a $100 future visit for rewards members after $300 in cumulative spending over three or more visits, and 10% off for students and faculty, veterans and customers 60 and older. The page notes the discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
Ellen Dolan, district manager for High Profile’s Kentucky stores, said in the announcement that most of the Lexington team lives in the city. “Patients here have busy schedules,” she said. “Some want to sit down and talk through their options, and some want to pre-order on a lunch break, pick up at the drive-thru, and be back at work in ten minutes.”
Patient Drives and State Program Figures
The company said getting certified remains the biggest hurdle for most Kentucky patients. High Profile Lexington hosts patient certification drives every Monday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with the Kentucky Cannabis Industry Alliance and Kentucky Marijuana Card, where patients can meet independent practitioners for certification, use on-site notary services and get one-on-one help completing the state application. The company’s drive schedule lists Lexington events on October 15, 19, 26 and 29, 2026, at Springhill Fritz Farm at 4019 Finn Way, with London drives on Thursdays and Wilder drives on Fridays during October.
According to the drive page, patients pay $50 in total: a $25 on-site practitioner fee and a separate $25 state application fee. Approval can come within 48 hours, though it can take up to 30 days depending on state processing volume, and the card is issued digitally. The page lists common qualifying conditions as chronic pain, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), chronic nausea, cancer, epilepsy and multiple sclerosis.
The Kentucky Office of Medical Cannabis reported 27,589 active cardholders, 498 registered practitioners, 43 operational licensees and 24 open dispensaries across the commonwealth as of September 24, 2026. The C3 Industries announcement, citing the office, said about half of the state’s 48 licensed dispensaries were open.
The office’s Find-a-Dispensary page, updated August 28, 2026, lists KYLX Acquisition Company LLC’s Speakeasy Dispensary – Lexington at 1849 Alysheba Way, open since January 15, 2026. The same list shows ERH KY LLC’s dispensary at 140 Faith Assembly Church Road in London open since May 5, 2026, and C3 Kentucky LLC’s location at 23 Country Drive in Wilder open since August 17, 2026; High Profile’s website lists its London and Wilder stores at those addresses. According to the announcement, Lexington follows High Profile’s Kentucky openings in London in May and Wilder in August, and the company plans to open a Shelbyville dispensary before the end of the year.
A grand opening celebration is scheduled for November 19, 2026. According to the announcement, the day includes a 4:20 p.m. ribbon-cutting with local leaders, an on-site patient drive with Kentucky Marijuana Card, a food truck, vendor pop-ups and grand-opening promotions.
