Therapeutic signals. Multiple indications show signals of benefit that merit high-quality confirmatory trials. Policymakers and clinicians can use this to prioritize research and design better protocols.

The Future of Cannabis Research

The primary challenge is no longer a lack of studies. It is how to organize and apply what exists while filling the remaining gaps with rigorous, clinically focused research. As legal barriers ease and funding priorities diversify, expect greater standardization of products, more randomized trials, and improved translation of findings into practice.
