Equipment

  • 1 Measuring Cup
  • 1 Set of Measuring Spoons
  • 1 Baking Dish
  • 1 Apple Corer
  • 1 Paring Knife
  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Spoon
  • Aluminum Foil

Ingredients

  • 4 Medium Apples (honeycrisp, gala, or granny smith work well)
  • ½ cup Rolled Oats
  • ¼ cup Chopped Pecans or Walnuts
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp Butter (melted)
  • 3 tbsp Cannabis Infused Maple Syrup (see our recipe below)
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • Vanilla Ice Cream or Whipped Cream (optional)

Instructions

  • Prep the Apples
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the tops off and core the 4 Medium Apples, removing the seeds and creating a well in the center. Place apples in a baking dish.
  • Make the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine ½ cup Rolled Oats, ¼ cup Chopped Pecans or Walnuts, ¼ cup Brown Sugar, 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon, ¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg, 2 tbsp Butter, 3 tbsp Cannabis Infused Maple Syrup, and a Pinch of Sea Salt. Stir until evenly mixed.
  • Stuff the Apples
Spoon the filling into the center of each apple, packing it tightly. Place the top of the apple on top of the mixture.
  • Bake Until Tender
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking another 20 minutes, or until apples are fork-tender and the filling is golden.
  • Serve Warm
Plate the apples while warm. Drizzle with extra infused maple syrup if desired and serve with ice cream or whipped cream for the ultimate fall dessert.

Notes

Choose the Right Apples: Firm varieties like Honeycrisp or Granny Smith hold up best during baking.
Boost the Flavor: Add dried cranberries or raisins into the filling for extra texture and sweetness.
Make It Extra Cozy: Sprinkle a little ginger or cloves into the spice mix for deeper fall flavor.
Serving Idea: Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of infused maple syrup for a restaurant-worthy presentation.
Cozy, comforting, and cannabis-infused, these baked apples are fall in dessert form. Whether you’re hosting friends, celebrating the season, or simply treating yourself, this recipe delivers warmth, flavor, and a little extra bliss in every bite.
