  • 1 Measuring Cup
  • 1 Set of Measuring Spoons

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • ½ tsp Cumin
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Cannabis Infused Milk (adjust potency to preference)
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ¼ tsp Smoked Paprika
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
  • Pinch of Cayenne (optional for heat)
  • 1 Large Bag Tortilla Chips
  • ½ cup Sliced Black Olives
  • ½ cup Diced Tomatoes
  • ½ cup Diced Onion
  • ¼ cup Sliced Jalapeños (optional)
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook the Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, warm 1 tbsp Olive Oil. Add 1 lb Ground Beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with 1 tsp Chili Powder, 1 tsp Smoked Paprika, ½ tsp Cumin, ½ tsp Garlic Powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 8–10 minutes. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
  • Make the THC Cheese Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp Butter. Whisk in 1 tbsp All Purpose Flour to form a roux and cook for 1–2 minutes. Slowly add 1 cup Cannabis Infused Milk, whisking constantly until smooth. Stir in 1½ cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese, ¼ tsp Smoked Paprika, ¼ tsp Garlic Powder, and a Pinch of Cayenne (if using). Keep warm on low heat until ready to layer.
  • Assemble the Nacho Stack
In a large baking dish or platter, layer 1 Large Bag Tortilla Chips, cooked beef, and generous spoonfuls of THC cheese sauce. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cheese sauce.
  • Add Fresh Toppings
Top the stacked nachos with ½ cup Sliced Black Olives, ½ cup Diced Tomatoes, and ½ cup Diced Onion. Add ¼ cup Sliced Jalapeños or ¼ cup Sour Cream if desired.
  • Serve and Enjoy
Serve immediately while warm and gooey, letting everyone dive in and savor each elevated bite.

Notes

Adjust Your Infusion: The strength of your THC cheese sauce depends on the infused milk. Always dose carefully based on your tolerance.
Make Ahead: Cook the beef and prepare cheese sauce in advance, then layer just before serving for minimal prep during game time.
Flavor Boost: Mix in black beans or roasted corn for added heartiness and color.
Serving Tip: Keep extra toppings on the side so everyone can customize their portion.
Whether you’re cheering on your favorite team, enjoying a casual weekend game, or just craving a cheesy, indulgent treat, these Ultimate Munchie Nachos bring all the flavor and fun to the table. With layers of beef, crispy chips, and melty THC-infused cheese, every bite is a celebration, perfect for sharing, or keeping all to yourself. Game day just got a whole lot tastier and elevated!
