This makes the journey of setting up a legal cannabis business and effectively marketing it all the more daunting. In this interview, we delve into the story of Dylan Mulders, the Chief Marketing Officer of RSA-Cannabis Pty Ltd, and his experiences in this burgeoning industry.

Dylan's journey into the cannabis industry took an unexpected turn when he reconnected with Jacques Swart, the CEO of RSA-Cannabis, in 2020. After years of lost contact, their reunion led to a pivotal moment when Dylan showcased his indoor cannabis cultivation setup. (Get more juicy details down below). 

RSA-Cannabis, cleverly named to allude to the Republic of South Africa while embracing the spirit of “Roll-Smoke-Appreciate Cannabis,” has quickly made waves in an industry where few have ventured into legal territories. Meet Dylan.

How did your career path lead you to the cannabis industry?

Well Jacques Swart ( CEO ) just rocked up at my door in September of 2020 and it was quite a surprise as we lost contact with each other after 2013  after I left my home town of Bloemfontein.

So Jacques spent a night at my house in my current town of Morgan's Bay as he was passing through this area.

And at that time I happened to be an illicit cultivator and I showed him around my indoor grow areas, and then Jacques said to me Dylan ! I have registered a company called RSA-Cannabis Pty Ltd would you like partner with me and run the social media pages and groups ( as I am content designer as well ), then the bells rang in my head with the just 3 words in front of Cannabis “RSA” , and I said how the hell did get you get a official name as the Republic of South Africa – Cannabis as a IP without government ties , and he replied back to me , we do have government ties , but the name actually stands for Roll-Smoke-Appreciate Cannabis.

Congratulations on RSA Cannabis winning the prestigious GBL Award in the cannabis industry. Can you share some insights into what this recognition means for your company and the products you offer?

It means everything to us and to the people of South Africa as we bringing a new light , new hope and a new South Africa,

Our Innovations, Services and Products are going to heal and uplift people from all over the globe, from the rich to the poor.

RSA-Cannabis has a mission to empower local communities in South Africa and Africa through cannabis cultivation. Could you elaborate on how your company is actively achieving this mission and creating positive change in the lives of people within these communities?

®️RSA-Cannabis©️ has made some strategic partnerships and collaborations with the Royal Families and government agencies all over Africa in a 50/50 Profit share, by funding there people to farm their lands , providing education, infrastructure, health care and booming eco tourism to millions all over Africa.

As the Chief Marketing Officer, what marketing strategies and approaches have been instrumental in establishing RSA-Cannabis as a notable player in the cannabis industry, both locally and internationally?

Well from little to no money to run campaigns, I and Jacques found a way to run sponsored ads on Facebook™️ pages and groups sharing and with the uses of tags and hashtags,

Recently we have been using the pinnacle of cannabis social media LeafWire TM ️ the only B2B Cannabis Networking site for the Global Cannabis Industry with its Founder and CEO Peter Vogal, has made us some very prominent partnerships and collaborations in cannabis business networking.

Cannabis is a rapidly evolving industry with changing regulations and consumer preferences. How does RSA-Cannabis stay at the forefront of innovation and maintain the quality of its products to meet these evolving demands?

® ️RSA-Cannabis © ️ with our partnerships and collaborations with some of the biggest names in the cannabis and hemp Industry, we have made Joint Ventures between international and local organizations.

®️RSA-Cannabis©️ has focused more on the registrations, cannabis banking and regulatory framework of the industry insuring that UPOV Prisma breeder rights are in place for cultivars and strains that are protected against clone reproductions of registered breeders of cultivars from around the world and ®️RSA-Cannabis©️ has adopted cultivars for our clients to use and crosstrain new and exciting strains and that some will only be available to purchase and cultivate with in the borders of South Africa in turn promoting cannabis tourism to South Africa.
