Equipment

  • 1 Small Saucepan
  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 Set of Measuring Spoons
  • 1 Measuring Cup
  • 1 Milk Frother (optional)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cannabis Infused Milk (you can find our recipe below and in the ingredients tab)
  • 1 tsp Ground Turmeric
  • ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 pinch of Fresh Ground Black Pepper (essential for turmeric absorption)
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup (or honey)

Instructions

  • Warm the Infused Milk
In a small saucepan, gently heat 2 cups Cannabis Infused Milk over low heat. Avoid boiling to preserve cannabinoids.
  • Whisk in the Spices
Add 1 tsp Ground Turmeric, ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon, ¼ tsp Ground Ginger, and 1 pinch of Fresh Ground Black Pepper. Whisk thoroughly until fully combined and warmed through (about 5–7 minutes).
  • Sweeten & Serve
Remove from heat. Stir in 1 tsp Maple Syrup or honey. Pour into two mugs.
  • Froth for Fun (Optional)
Use a milk frother to create that creamy latte texture. Garnish with a light sprinkle of cinnamon or turmeric dust.
  • Sip Slowly & Enjoy
Let the golden warmth and mellow high set the tone for a relaxing moment of self-care.

Notes

Pepper Power: Always include black pepper when using turmeric! It contains piperine, which significantly boosts your body’s ability to absorb curcumin, the active compound in turmeric.
Flavor Variations: Add a splash of chai tea or steep a rooibos bag in the milk for deeper flavor.
Night Time Vibes: Stir in a pinch of ashwagandha or a drop of food-grade lavender extract for added calm.
Chill Version: Let it cool, pour over ice, and blend into an iced golden latte.
Storage: Keep any leftover golden milk in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 2 days. Shake well and reheat gently before drinking.
Whether you're curling up with a book, recovering after a long day, or simply nurturing your body, this THC-Infused Golden Latte is a delicious way to unwind and relax your body and mind.
