Ingredients

- 4 tbsp Butter (use 2 tbsp regular + 2 tbsp cannabis-infused butter for balance)
- 3 cloves Garlic (roasted or finely minced)
- ¼ cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 cups Turkey or Chicken Stock
- 1 tsp Fresh Thyme (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Fresh Rosemary (finely chopped)
- ½ tsp Fresh Sage (finely chopped)
- ½ tsp Salt (adjust to taste)
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Cream (optional for extra richness)
Instructions
- Roast the Garlic (Optional)If using roasted garlic, wrap 3 cloves Garlic in foil with 1 tbsp Olive Oil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes until soft and golden. Mash into a paste.
- Make a RouxIn a medium saucepan, melt 4 tbsp Butter (regular + infused) over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant (1–2 minutes). Whisk in ¼ cup All Purpose Flour and cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly, until lightly golden.
- Add StockSlowly whisk in the 2 cups Turkey or Chicken Stock, ensuring no lumps form. Continue whisking until smooth.
- Season & SimmerStir in 1 tsp Fresh Thyme, 1 tsp Fresh Rosemary, ½ tsp Fresh Sage, ½ tsp Salt, and ¼ tsp Black Pepper. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until the gravy thickens.
- Add Extra RichnessFor extra richness, stir in 1 tbsp Cream . Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve & EnjoyPour generously over mashed potatoes, roasted turkey, or vegetables.
