  • 1 Overripe Large Banana (mashed)
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup (plus 4 tbsp for the cream cheese frosting)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • 3 Grated Carrots (about 1 1/4 cups)
  • 2/3 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 ½ cup Oat Flour
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 1/4 cup Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Cannabutter (softened)

Instructions
